Our Cicero crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
Our Cicero crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Cicero crews hear about most.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Cicero basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Cicero crews see.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Cicero foundation wall right now.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Cicero customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Cicero homeowners connect to a basement problem.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Cicero crews handle most.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Cicero foundation cracks with epoxy injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Cicero pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →Some Cicero properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Cicero homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.

We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
Every Cicero quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Cicero horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
If your Cicero basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Cicero claim.
Our trucks are recognizable around Cicero — we don't cut corners on jobs our neighbors will see.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
We back our Cicero work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
